Dates of next Grand Convocation will be October 17-19, 2010 and the York Rite School of Instruction will be October 14-16, 2010.

We hope that you are making plans to attend the Annual Grand Sessions this year and we would like to remind you of these important dates. |
1. | School of Instruction will be held Thursday, October 14th through Saturday, October 16th,in the Lower Auditorium, Grand Lodge Temple. |
2. | The Grand Chapter Convocation and the Grand Council Assembly will be held October 18th and 19th, 2010 downstairs in the Lower Auditorium, Grand Lodge Temple. |
3. | A meeting of the York Rite Colleges of Texas will be held in the Lower Auditorium on Sunday morning, October 17th at 10:00 A.M. by the Grand Governor, D. Doye Sudduth. The Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge, the Grand Commander of Knights Templar, The Deputy Grand Commander of Knights Templar, the Deputy Grand High Priest, and the Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Council will bring messages for this coming year. |
4. | Texas York Rite College #14 will meet in the Lower Auditorium on Sunday, October 17th at 11:00 A.M. |
5. | Memorial Services will be held on Sunday afternoon, October 17th, 1:00 P.M., in the Lower Auditorium, Grand Lodge Temple. |
6. | Texas Priory No. 23, K.Y.C.H., Conferral, Business Meeting, Election and Installation of Officers will be held in the Lower Auditorium on Sunday, October 17th, 2:30 P.M. |
7. | The Annual Banquet will be held Sunday evening, October 17th, 6:30 P.M., Lee Lockwood Scottish Rite Library & Museum, 2801 West Waco Drive. |
8. | The Ladies Luncheon will be held Monday, October 18th, at Holiday Inn- Bellmead at 11:30 A.M. |
9. | Both The Order of the Silver Trowel and The Order of High Priesthood will be conferred in the lower Auditorium on Monday evening, October 18th beginning at 4:30 P.M. |
10. | Banquet tickets will be $25.00, and Ladies Luncheon tickets will be $16.00. A form is enclosed for you to reserve these tickets and you are requested to please do so by September 24th. You may pick up the tickets and pay for them in the Grand Secretary office upon your arrival. However, if you don't expect to arrive before Saturday, October 16th, it is suggested that you please note the same on the form, enclose your remittance, and we will mail them to you. Please make your checks payable to the Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Texas. There will be no tickets for the Banquet sold Sunday, October 17th after 3:00 P.M., or after seating capacity is reached. |
11. | We have reserved rooms at Holiday Inn- Bellmead this year to accommodate those who wish to stay there along with our special invited guests. Room rates, through this office, are $79.00. If you wish to stay at the Holiday Inn during Grand Chapter and Grand Council or the School of Instruction, please write your preferences on the enclosed form and return it to us by September 24th, and we will accommodate your requests until we exhaust the rooms. |
12. | Remember to bring your Dues Cards, Proxies for the Registration Committee, and your form for Representative for the School of Instruction, if your Secretary-Recorder has not mailed them in. |
13. | There will be a voluntary Registration Fee this year of Ten Dollars ($ 10.00 ) this is to help offset the cost of the extra Security. |
14. | Please do not PROCRASTINATE ! |
